How to make the perfect popcorn post: a video
The Washington, D.C., lottery is a bit of a different animal than most places, which are all about being in a position to be able to get a ticket to a big win.
The lottery is all about getting big numbers.
But it’s not as simple as that.
You’ll have to make your own popcorn at home.
Here are a few tips for making popcorn that tastes just right.1.
Get a blender2.
Make your own coconut oil3.
Blend your own chocolate4.
Get some coconut flour5.
Make a little more coconut oil and flour6.
Combine the flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and spices in a bowl.
Mix until the ingredients are evenly distributed.
Mix in a tablespoon of the batter and stir in a few drops of water to make sure the batter is well-combined.
This will make it easier to blend.7.
Take a spoonful of the dough, and roll it out on your work surface.
You want to roll it into a long cylinder.
Wrap it in plastic wrap and place it on a cookie sheet.
Cut the edges of the sheet to create a seal.8.
Pour the coconut oil into the pan and heat on high heat until the oil begins to shimmer.
Once the oil reaches an even temperature, turn the heat down to medium.
Let the oil cool completely.9.
Once it cools, cut the dough into six equal pieces.
The dough should be approximately 1.5 inches (3.5 centimeters) long.
Take the dough pieces and place them in a large bowl.
Roll each piece in the palm of your hand.
Place the pieces on the baking sheet.10.
Take two sheets of parchment paper, one on each side of the baking pan, and place the dough in them.
Place a piece of parchment over the top of each sheet.
Place your chocolate-flavored filling on top of the coconut-oil mixture.11.
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius) for 10 minutes.
If the oven is preheated, the chocolate-oil and coconut oil mixture will begin to brown on the bottom of the pan.
You can flip the pan halfway through the baking time to ensure that the chocolate browns completely.
